Today NSW Rugby Union confirmed the cancellation of all winter rugby competitions.
On behalf of the Club, thanks all our Members, commercial partners, players and supporters for your ongoing commitment. This is a very unfortunate outcome from a challenging environment in which we currently find ourselves. We are supportive of the decision made by the SRU after trying to get the season back on track. Unfortunately it just wasn’t possible and all scenarios were deemed not viable for 2021.
There will be no Premierships or competition awards for season 2021, but we would like to acknowledge the fantastic performances across the competitions with 2nd Grade jointly leading the Colin Caird Shield, 3rd Grade leading the Henderson Shield, 2nds Colts leading the Shell Trophy, our Women's XV 2nd in the Jack Scott Cup and Easts 2nd in the Club Championship.
